Q: What is digitising?

A: Digitising is the process where we take your logo/text and create actual stitch paths for our machines to embroider. This is not the same as having a vector file or cad file. Completely different process involved.


Q: What cost is setup/digitising fees?

A: We do not charge a set up or digitising fee we include this charge in all our pricing.

Q: How big can you stitch a design on a item?

A:We can embroider / print your logo around 14″ wide on selected items. It all depends on the proportions of your logo. Contact us if you have a special requirement. We always make designs as large as possible.


Q: What is your turn around on orders.

A: 5-10 Business days is our production time.Sometimes less though.We generally give you a time frame upon ordering.

Q: Can I order just one item?

A:Yes, however pricing is a lot cheaper if bought part of a combo deal.

Q: Can our club or company set up ordering in singles?

A: Yes, we can set up a club logo and have a private link for members/ supporters to purchase. We can also offer a set price to allow a donation to the club or charity.

Q: How large can you embroider a breast logo?

A:A breast logo is up to 10,000 stitches however most are around 4 to 5k. We generally work to a rule of 3.5 inches width on all breast logos but this can depend on the logo. If unsure just contact us for more information. There maybe an additional cost for design over 10k stitch count or the option of print may be offered.

Q: Do you have a stitch limit?

A:Nope, some designs are over 130,000 stitches but it is important to bare in mind the cost of a high stitch count and also the quality of stitching over print on complex designs.

Q: Can you do “Puff/Raised” Embroidery?

A:Yes, sure can at additional cost. Note though not all logos will work for this, its better if you have a logo with wider lettering/graphics. Thin lettering or too large of a filled area does not turn out well.

Q: Can you put web addresses and or contact details on a item?

A:Yes just let us know at the time of ordering as this is part of set up, keep in mind though the smaller you go the harder it becomes to embroider.

Q: I bought something from another company, it was a mess, how can I be sure yours wont be?

A:A good embroidery design all starts with a good digitised file. Your machine will only sew as good as the digitised file. Take a look through our embroidery gallery on our social media channels to get an idea of our quality. We have a high standard of quality control and check quality all the way from embroidery to packing the order.

Q: How many machines do you have?

A: Total of 32 total heads across our 8 machines. What does that mean to you, faster production!

Q: Is there a limit on thread colours per item?

A: Yes, 15 colours is the max we will do per design, we could do more but come on. Most logos do not have more than 2-3-4-5 colours in them, so its never been an issue really.

Q: How many colours of thread do you have?

A: We stock around 70 colours, people ask what they are, pretty hard to display them all, basically we have all the normal colours and shades lighter and darker of each.

Q: Can you embroider on other things like towels/teddies/etc?

A:Short answer is if you can stick a needle through it then we can embroider on it, so yes. Just contact us for a custom quote or for something you don’t see online.

Q: What brand is your standard brand of clothing?

A: Our main supplier we work with is Uneek who offer a wide range of garments. We also use a number of other leading brands including ethical and fair trade brands. In short we can get any brand to match your requirements.

Q: Can I split a combo and use to logos?

A: Yea we can but the order must be placed with us manually just email us to order. Additional costs will apply for multiple or different sized logos.

Q: Who delivers my order? And can I collect?

A: All our orders are either delivered by DPD couriers or Royal Mail. This will be confirmed once the order is placed. We do not offer collection as we have streamlined our order process to provide a fast dispatch time and can cause complications to offer a collection. We can offer a pick up location if requested at the time of ordering.

Q: Can I return my order?

A:As all orders are custom made we do not accept refunds unless the item damaged or there is an issue with the order which has not been picked up by the quality control team.

Q: I would like my logo in a different colour that I have it at in the file format I want to send, can you change colours ect?

A: We can indeed just let us know once you place your order. We will also send a proof with the colours it will be if these are different to the colour you would like please do not approve the proof and inform us straight away as will be changed but once embroidered can’t be!

Q: I got my items and noticed a spelling mistake or issue on the file is that your fault?

A:We remove this possible issue by sending you a proof of your order and ask you to check all information ect is correct to the embroidery is never wrong. If you notice an issue we will edit and resend a new file until your 100% happy to go to production.

Q: Can I get more than one logo on the garment?

A:Yes you can get as many logos as you can physically fit on an item. There is an additional cost of £8 per “breast “ sized logo.

Q: Can you do custom size embroidery or print?

A: As long as it fits in a embroidery hoop it can be embroidered to any size. For print we can print any size as long as it fits on the garment. Contact us for custom sized embroidery/ print.
